When the Droptimator launched at Sea Otter 2025, we knew we had to get people on the bike to experience what we were experiencing. Our first call went out to the fine folks at Mountain Bike Action as we knew they be quite interested in the bike and could give an unbiased opinion about it.
This is not just a pure “gravel bike” and it is not a pure “XC race bike”. It is something in between that blends the best of both worlds to finely blur the line for where the gravel scene is headed. As gravel courses and events evolve, the bikes that conquer them need to evolve as well.
Mountain Bike Action recognized this and put the bike through its paces. They came away very impressed overall and agree that we are “on to something” with the Droptimator.
