The Storm King GP came about due to the evolution in Gravel Racing and Gravel Riding. As riders continue to push the boundaries of their bikes further and further, it was only a matter of time before the components that would go on their frames would evolve as well.
With the creation of the new SRAM XPLR group and additional components, the “storm” so to speak was brewing for a perfect collaboration between SRAM and SAGE with Road Bike Action being the perfect outlet to showcase the bike. The bike was built and we shipped it off to RBA for some real world testing. Since this was the first GP frame we had created, the geometry was a bit custom for what we normally do, but the beauty is that no matter what you want/ need for your own GP, we can design it specifically for you so it will be tailor fitted to your body and riding style.
