You dream it. Sage Titanium builds it, right here in the United States. Our custom frame program offers the smooth, strong and refined ride of titanium, tailored to your exact preferences and specifications. Give us a call, and founder and chief designer, David Rosen, will walk you through the process. He’ll guide you through every step, from initial conception to the refined details and finishing touches. In 10 to 12 weeks, you’ll be pedaling your one-of-a-kind titanium masterpiece down the road.

Choose from one of Sage Titanium’s tried-and-true road, ’cross or gravel designs, or request a frame tailored to your riding style. We’ll build a snappy cross-country hardtail or turn the PDXCX into a mud-slaying single speed. Perhaps you’d like a sleek track bike with the strength and shine of titanium? Customize Your Design
Select the finer details to perfect your dream ride. Choose the dropouts, hub spacing, bottom bracket shell, axle type, tube sizes, tube shapes and just about any other design detail. Pick your perfect brake, whether that’s the flash of new flat mount discs or the traditional reliability of cyclocross cantilevers. We’ll adapt the bike to your preferred drivetrain type, optimizing the setup for mechanical, electronic, or both with our patented Cable Clip System (US Patent No. 9,545,975). We can even build a belt-drive, travel bike with S&S couplers. We can make your perfect bike.
Customize Your Finish
From the lusty shine of raw titanium to a one-off paint scheme, your preferred finishing technique caps off every Custom Sage. Industrial brushed or bead blasted finish are standard options, but we go beyond that as well with a much deeper selection of offerings to personalize your custom frame the way you want it. In addition to the standard finishes, we also offer custom paint, anodize, and Cerakote as well. Every finish we offer is unique to you and considered a one-of-a-kind finish, meaning no one will have another bike like yours.
Note: Custom paint, cerakote, and anodize, all can add up to 3 weeks of additional delivery time.
